You may request for an exchange within 7 days from the ship date if the item is defective or wrong item delivered, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We strive to process returns promptly and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If items are found as faulty upon arrival, please contact and inform us through email or WhatsApp within 24 hours, and we will response to you within 1-2 working days.Once your request of return / exchange is accepted, please return the product to us via registered mail within 3 days.
